Petitions to participate in a RRC Working Group and appeals thereof are governed by the Public Participation in a Development Rule (ER5).

Petition to Participate in an RRC Working Group

Petitions received at the beginning of a development will receive a response in accordance with the product development schedule established by the working group manager. Petitions received after a working group is formed will receive a response within 30 days.

Appeal a Denied Petition

Within 15 days after receiving the working group manager’s decision and written explanation that a petition has been denied, an appeal of the decision may be submitted. The RRC will issue a determination on appeals within 10 business days, beginning the first business day after the RRC receives the appeal. To initiate an appeal, please select “I wish to appeal a denied petition” and complete the below form.
