Public Meetings Rule (ER6) and Public Notice Rule (ER7) Amendments

Rule Development

On August 5, 2024, the RRC Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 20240805-02, authorizing the Chief Administrative Officer, Bayunt Ollek, to lead a working group tasked with reviewing and providing recommendations regarding the timeline for distributing meeting materials, outlined in ER6 and ER7.

This development shall be in accordance with the Rule Amendments Rule (ER9) and the Product Development Rule (ER1).
