The RRC Governance Committee is currently forming the Seat L constituency group, which represents electricity consumers who advocate for the reduction of environmentally harmful greenhouse gas emissions and/or other environmental concerns regarding the Railbelt electric system. This group will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for Seat L voting and alternate directors and influence environmental and electric reliability priorities in the Railbelt region.

The Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) Board includes four stakeholder-designated seats (Seats J, K, L, and M), each with a three-year term.
