The RRC published a Manager's Recommendation to modify Voting Procedures Rule (ER10)
On April 6, 2026, the RRC Board of Directors adopted Board Resolution 20260504-02 that approved and authorized the filing of RRC-CIP-002-1(a) and RRC-CIP-014(a), with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA). The filing also included a request to remove the Glossary from all Critical Infrastructure Standards.
On July 2, 2026, the RRC submitted revised ER3 Records Retention and Access and ER4 Confidential Records and Access Rules to the RCA.
