RRC staff, under the oversight of the Finance and Audit Committee, have completed development of the proposed 2027 budget and submitted it to the Board for consideration. The proposed 2027 budget and surcharge filing will be presented to the Board for action at the RRC's regular Board meeting on November 2, 2026.
PUBLIC NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO RULE ER11 BY THE RAILBELT RELIABILITY COUNCIL TO THE RCA
DevelopmentsER11, which establishes a framework for ethical behavior and guides the actions of the RRC Representatives consistent with the RRC’s values in interactions with internal and external parties, was amended to define terms and identify abbreviations and other document references at the beginning to shorten the text of the rule and improve readability. The modified rule also specifies that RRC Representatives must be knowledgeable of and comply with other applicable RRC Policies and Procedures in addition to the RRC Discrimination & Harassment Policy, and removes the sentence indicating that the RRC Discrimination & Harassment Policy is enforceable pursuant to its own provisions.
The RRC has issued a Notice of Intent to Develop RRC-BAL-002, per the Product Development Rule (ER1).
