The TAC Recommendation Submittal Package for the Automatic Generation Control (RRC-BAL-005-1), Reliability Coordinator (RRC-RC-001 - Reliability Coordinator), and Transmission Planning Requirements (RRC-TPL-001-1) standards, each developed by Working Groups led by the RRC’s Chief Technical Officer. This package was noticed on January 21, 2025, and was acted upon by the Board on February 3, 2025.

  2. The Technical Advisory Council (TAC) Reliability Standards Recommendation Submittal Package developed by the TAC Working Group led by the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). The package was noticed on January 21, 2025, and was subsequently remanded by the Board back to the TAC on February 3, 2025.

On December 31, 2024, the RRC filed four proposed reliability standards with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) under Matter No. TE8-9001: Frequency and Response Bias (RRC-BAL-003-1), Evaluation of Interchange Transactions (RRC-INT-006-1), Voltage and Reactive Control (RRC-VAR-001-1), and Generator Operations for Maintaining Network Voltage Schedules (RRC-VAR-002-1).
