    This Public Comment and Complaint Resolution Rule, effective as of May 17, 2024, provides provisions for members of the public to submit and for the RRC to receive and process oral or written Formal Public Comments directed to the RRC.

    This Board Policy establishes the processes for appointing, dismissing, and sharing Qualified Representatives (QRs) as well as the process of budgeting for and compensating QRs for attendance at Technical Advisory Council (TAC) working group meetings.

  3. Alaska’s Governor signed into law Senate Bill 123 (SB123) to ensure the creation of an Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) for the Railbelt region. SB123 directs the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) to adopt regulations governing the ERO, prescribes the duties of the ERO (creation of rules, reliability standards, and Integrated Resource Planning), provides for a funding mechanism for the ERO, and outlines the duties of load-serving entities.

Drug and alcohol misuse poses a threat to the health and safety of RRC employees and to the security of the company's data, equipment, and facilities. For these reasons, the RRC is committed to the elimination of drug and alcohol use/misuse in the workplace

  9. P-03a Board Member Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses Policy

    This Board Policy establishes those activities for which Board Members may receive fees and reimbursement of eligible expenses and processes for submission, approval, and payment of the same.
