The Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) is preparing to resume the development of RRC-BAL-003, RRC-BAL-005, RRC-INT-006, RRC-VAR-001, RRC-VAR-002, and RRC-RC-001. The RRC will establish one working group to review VRF/VSL for each listed standard. The Notice of Intent for the standard developments was initially noticed as follows:

RRC-BAL-003-1 and RRC-INT-006-1 (May 31, 2024)

RRC-BAL-005-1 (July 22, 2024)

RRC-RC-001-1 (July 29, 2024)

RRC-VAR-001-1 and RRC-VAR-002 (June, 17, 2024)

The Technical Advisory Council (TAC) Working Group assigned to this development is planning to hold multiple Working Group meetings. The first meeting will be on October 27, 2025 at 1:00pm. All scheduled meetings, materials, and items related to this development can be found here. Members of the public may observe and/or petition to participate in the Working Group process if they wish to.
