Strategic Planning Consultant Request for Proposal

All communication from the proposer shall be in writing via email to info@akrrc.org. Bidders are prohibited from contacting any employee, board member, agent, or other associate of the RRC regarding this request except as outlined in this Notice and Instruction to Proposers.

The RRC reserves the right to define and waive irregularities, to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or part, and to reissue, withdraw or cancel the project in its entirety for any reason, including to perform the work in house, without liability of any type to Proposer, including but not limited to any costs associated with Proposal preparation and submittal. Any amendments or addendums to this RFP will be noticed on the RRC website www.akrrc.org in the same manner as this notice. Proposals are required to be submitted by email to the RRC no later than August 27, 2026, 4:00 PM Alaska time.
