On November 15, 2024, the RRC filed its 2025 proposed budget, surcharge, and tariff update with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) as Matter No. TE7-9001.
On December 20, 2024, the RCA issued Letter Order No. L2400404, approving the RRC's surcharge update, effective January 1, 2025.
