Notice of Publication: Recommendation to Modify ER3 Records Retention & Access and ER4 Confidential Records & Access

The RRC published a Manager's Recommendation to modify Records Retention & Access (ER3) and Confidential Records & Access (ER4). These rule modifications were developed by Working Groups led by RRC Consultant Bayunt Ollek, of Sapere Consulting.  

The development will be up for action at the RRC Board of Directors regular meeting on May 4, 2026. Comments may be directed to the Board either as written comments via the RRC website or oral comments delivered at the Board meeting.
