ER11, which provides the RRC’s Ethical Conduct Rule, is to establish a framework for ethical behavior and guide the actions of the RRC Representatives consistent with the RRC’s values in interactions with internal and external parties.

ER7, which provides the RRC’s Public Notice and Meetings Rule, was amended to identify abbreviations and other document references at the beginning to shorten the text of the rule and improve readability. The modified rule also eliminates the requirement to post required public notices at the main office of the RRC.

ER10, which provides the RRC’s Voting Procedures Rule, was amended to identify abbreviations and other document references at the beginning, replace a list of requirements contained in the RRC Bylaws with a reference to the section of the Bylaws where the requirements appear, and make other nonsubstantive edits to shorten the text of the rule and improve readability. The modified rule also specifies that the Chair of RRC’s Board is part of the Governance Committee and will be counted when establishing a quorum.
