On October 19th, 2026 the RRC published a Manager's Recommendation to modify the Conduct Compliance Rule (ER12). This rule modification was developed by staff with oversight by the RRC Governance Committee, in accordance with the Rule and Tariff Development Process (BPR604).

The proposed rule modification will be up for action at the RRC Board of Directors regular meeting on November 2, 2026. Comments may be directed to the Board either as written comments via the RRC website or oral comments delivered at the Board meeting. Written comments must be received by the RRC no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Written comments received after this deadline may not be considered by the Board.
