Notice of Publication: Recommendation to Modify ER10 Voting Procedures Rule

The RRC published a Manager's Recommendation to modify Voting Procedures Rule (ER10). This rule modifications weas developed by staff under the oversight of the RRC Governance Committee.  

The development will be up for action at the RRC Board of Directors regular meeting on August 3, 2026. Comments may be directed to the Board either as written comments via the RRC website or oral comments delivered at the Board meeting.
