Notice of Publication: Recommendation to Modify ER5 Public Participation in a Development Rule

The RRC published a Manager's Recommendation to modify Public Participation in a Development Rule (ER5). These rule modifications were developed by staff under the oversight of the RRC Governance Committee.  

The development will be up for action at the RRC Board of Directors regular meeting on July 6, 2026. Comments may be directed to the Board either as written comments via the RRC website or oral comments delivered at the Board meeting.
