On May 6, 2024, the RRC Board of Directors issued a Directive to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop reliability standards. In response to this directive, the CEO continues to lead and direct the Technical Advisory Council in the development of reliability standards for filing with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) in accordance with 3 Alaska Administrative Code 46.410. For more information on this development please refer to the Notice of Intent to Develop issued by the RRC on January 20, 2026.
