RRC Files ER3 and ER 4 Rule Modifications with the RCA
On July 2, 2026, the RRC submitted revised ER3 Records Retention and Access and ER4 Confidential Records and Access Rules to the RCA. Any person may file written comments on the Proposed Rules with the RCA, 701 West Eighth Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, AK 99501, http://rca.alaska.gov/RCAWeb/home.aspx. To assure the Commission has sufficient time to consider the comments before the proposed rule and repeal take effect, the RRC suggests that your comments be filed with the RCA no later than August 2, 2026.
