RRC Files Modifications of CIP Standards with the RCA

On April 6, 2026, the RRC Board of Directors adopted Board Resolution 20260504-02 that approved and authorized the filing of RRC-CIP-002-1(a) and RRC-CIP-014(a), with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA).  The filing also included a request to remove the Glossary from all Critical Infrastructure Standards. 

On May 29, 2026, the RRC filed the standard term definitions with the RCA. Based on the filing, the RCA opened Matter No. TE15-9001, which has a public comment deadline of July 17, 2026, and statutory deadline of August XX, 2026.
