RRC Files Standard Terms Definitions with the RCA

On April 6, 2026, the RRC Board of Directors adopted Board Resolution 20260406-01 that approved and authorized the filing of the following standards with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA):

On May 29, 2026, the RRC filed the standard term definitions with the RCA. Based on the filing, the RCA opened Matter No. TE14-9001, which has a public comment deadline of June 16, 2025, and statutory deadline of July 13, 2026.
