The Railbelt Reliability Council (RRC) is seeking a highly qualified professional for the Planning Manager position to provide strategic leadership and program oversight for the Railbelt Bulk Electric Systems first ever Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). This full-time, hybrid position based in Palmer, AK offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of Alaska’s Railbelt bulk electric system. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the operation or planning of islanded power systems, strong communication skills, knowledge in the development and evaluation of resource and transmission planning, and experience in evaluation or resource alternatives.
