On November 17, 2025, the RRC filed with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) its 2026 proposed budget, surcharge, and tariff update. A final draft, along with supporting documents, can be found at the link below. The filing will be available on the RCA’s website.  Public comments are due to the RCA by 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025.
