Approved Participant is a member of the public who helps shape the development of a Product through active participation in a product development process. For qualifications and criteria see Section 5 of Public Participation in a Development Rule (ER5).
Public Commenter - is a member of the public who helps shape the development of a Product by providing oral or written comments in accordance with RRC rules and policies during the development process.

The purpose of this working group is to review updates to CIP-002 and CIP-014 to align the defined term Bulk Electric System in all standards uniformly and eliminate any discrepancies. Furthermore, these updates will remove the definition of terms from individual standards and leave the RRC’s centralized glossary of terms as the single source of definitions.
